She has always understood the power of connection and has built her career around opening doors, creating commercial relationships and bringing the right people into the right rooms.

The afternoon everything clicked
Women at every stage — from those just starting out to founders, directors and experienced professionals — came together and spoke honestly about confidence, pressure, opportunity and what they felt was missing. All at different stages, with different experiences, ambitions and responsibilities.
It was open and real and it proved there was space for something stronger. That was the beginning of Fabulous Females.

It began by celebrating remarkable women every Friday on LinkedIn — recognising their work, their contribution and the difference they were making.
The response showed that these stories mattered and that there was real value in creating greater visibility, connection and opportunity around women across every industry.
